Smoking Cessation 

If you are interested in giving up smoking, we do have a smoking cessation advisor at the surgery who will be able to help self-start your smoking cessation journey and advise on steps that you can take to achieve your goal. 

For more information, please call the surgery and our receptionists will pass on your details to our smoking cessation advisor who will contact you directly to make an appointment. 

Smoking Review 

We ask patients to complete a smoker's review form so that we can update your smoking status and let us know of any changes or that it is the same.
