The Anticoagulation Clinic at Ash is run by our Practice Nurse, Carolyn Williams and is overseen by Dr Lambie.

It takes place on Tuesday mornings and is for monitoring of patients who have been started and stabilised on Warfarin, usually initiated in a hospital setting.
